Application:

used to convey the middle pressure or corrosive gas and liquid, it is widely used in such areas as

mechanical engineering, coal mine, petroleum, chemical industry, agriculture irrigation, civil

application (solar energy water heater, gas-jar), also it can be used in irrigating garden and lawn

Process flow:
Virgin material+additive–mixing–granulating–conveying feeding–single screw extruder–extruding

mould–spray cooling water tank–belt haul-off–fibre braider–warm-up oven–single screw extruder–

coating mould–spray cooling water tank–belt haul-off–meter measurer–winder–finished product insepcting&packing.

The machine need 2 sets 200L hot mixer , one set for mixing the PVC powder , One set mix the PVC granule , we supply you the formula , if you need to import the finished material from us , the material is 2.2KG/USD

Formula for soft material : PVC , DOP, DBP , stearic acid, Organotin stabilizer

Formula for hard material VC S700 , DOP , stearic acid,Organotin stabilizer , PE wax ,ACR, CPE

The material is PVC powder ( for the rigid material ) and PVC granule ( for soft material ), you can mix any color you want
