Qingdao cuishi make the crusher,mainly suitable for crushing all kinds of plastic lumps, bullion, PET bottle, PP PE film, woven bags, fishing nets, fabrics etc. Raw material will be crushed into 10mm-35mm (customized) with different sizes of screen meshes. The whole process is controlled by a simple electrical system, easy and convenient. It is the ideal machine for recycling waste plastic materials.

This crusher mainly consists of motor, rotary shaft, moving knives, fixed knives, screen mesh, frame, body and discharging door.

 Fixed knives are installed on the frame, and equipped with a plastic rebound device. Rotary shaft is embedded in thirty removable blades, when using blunt can be removed to separate grinding, rotate to be helical cutting edge. So the blade has long life, stable work and strong crushing capacity. Sometimes when equipped with a winding conveying device, the discharging system could be much convenient and realize bagging automatically. 

Features:

1.Multi-functional crusher, unique claw knife design along with round hole mesh to ensure smaller final size, could be directly used for pelletizing or other recycling.

Rotor: Heavy vane rotor, Welded steel structure, “V” Sharp Installation angle, Cut shape is “X”, Extension shaft of rotor can be add speed control wheel.

Base frame Welded construction, the entire frame is mounted on earthquake-resistant rubber – metal connectors for earthquake resistance and noise reduction.

Hopper                            Special design feeding hopper can be manually or transported, and the check plate installed on it can prevent the material from flowing back. The feeding hopper uses hydraulic cap opening for easy maintenance and cleaning of the rotor.

Main drive    The driving power of the belt-driven motor is 55 kw. The main voltage is 380 V,50Hz,3 phase.

Safety devices    Ensure that the device is completely stopped during

maintenance.
